I think the thing we enjoy best about where the girls are at now is watching them interact with us and each other. We love to make them laugh and smile. Last night all three of them were laughing at some point and it was so sweet to just spend time with them and watch them giggle at the funny faces and noises Scott and I made at them.
Another good thing about this age is that a lot of the crying has stopped. I remember at around 6-8 weeks I read in a book that babies cry about 1-4 hours a day, when you multiply 4 times 3 that is 12 hours and it REALLY felt like there was a baby crying all day long. Now they usually cry for a reason and we can tell what they want when they cry. Olivia was our fussiest baby for the first 3-4 months, but now Emma has stepped in . We are hoping it is just because of her reflux though we think she may just be our lap baby (in some ways we do like that she wants to be held, I hope she will continue to be a cuddler).
Here are some pictures I took down at my mom's house this weekend:
This is what it took to try to get them to look, we could hardly accomplish that no less try to make them smile or laugh
Here are the girls with their cousins, yes that is 7 kids all ages 3 and under.
