Ballet Class

I have been wanting to get the girls involved in some social activities.  Ballet class seemed like the best (and cutest) idea.  So last night we took the girls to their first class.  They are in the 2 year old class at a local dance studio.  The owner is so sweet and gave us a good discount since we have 3.  I bought them matching outfits (thank you clearance at Target) and some ballet shoes.  They look so cute in their outfits.

Scott and I weren't allowed to watch the class and when we left the girls Olivia started crying, they got her calmed down fairly quickly and then Scott and I looked at each other like what now.  We had 30 minutes to spare, so we strolled down the shopping center and found a place to eat.  I ran down to get the girls and the teacher said she had forgotten to ask their names.  In all the commotion I had not thought about that either.  She said that they told her there names were Emma.  I laughed and she said she didn't know if any of them were Emma, but that's what they told her.  I assured her that yes we did have an Emma, but no all their names were not Emma.  She pointed to each and told me how they did:

Emma: She did great, she stood on her spot and did everything that the class did.  She was a great little dancer and listener.
Olivia: She cried for a minute at first but calmed down quickly (we could hear that from out front).  She sat and watched and got up at the end to do the tumbling.
Savannah: She stood and watched for a while, but then started crying.  She too calmed down quickly and joined Olivia sitting and watching.  She too got up at the end to do tumbling.

So we will be continuing at least for a while to see if everyone will warm up and do all the dancing.
