At school the girls are in the 'young' 3 class since their birthday is in the summer. That also means that most of the other kids have summer birthdays as well. So the teachers decided to do a big end of year birthday party for all the kids. It was cute they had ice cream and everyone had birthday hats. They even did a little circle dance where each kid got to dance in the middle and everyone wished them happy birthday.

Last Friday was the last day of school for the girls. I can't believe that they have finished a year of preschool. I think they even look a bit older than at the beginning of the year (see pictures below). I think it was a great year at school, their biggest accomplishment I think was that they learned how to write their names (well Savannah still needs help but her name is long). I was told they were great little helpers and even cleaned up well at school.
People often ask if we will continue to keep them together in school and the answer right now is yes as long as they want to be together and yet don't play just together. Just observing the girls playing on the playground was interesting, even from the beginning they did their own thing. They will be in the same class again next year so we will see how that continues to progress.
