When the girls woke up Saturday morning we had already packed the van and everyone was about ready to leave. We told the girls we were going somewhere special and that they needed to get ready. We did not tell them where we were going, so they were excited and guessed things like Chick-fil-A, the zoo, and Emma and Savannah even guessed at one point to see Mickey. We wouldn't tell them anything and soon they were settled in watching tv.
We met up with my parents in Columbia SC at a McDonald's. We had bought three books each of their princesses and wrapped them in princess paper. We gave them the gifts and asked them where they thought we were going. They didn't quite understand at first, but soon Emma had figured it out. She was really excited and Savannah and Olivia were happy but I don't think they really knew what it meant to go to Disney World.
We made it down to Florida without much trouble and the girls did really well. We switched cars several times and that seemed to help entertain the girls. We made it to the house we had rented around 9pm. Everything was very nice and just as it had been described. The only problem we had was that the pool water was suppose to be heated and it was freezing cold so obviously it was not working. We all settled in for a good nights sleep in our rooms, we are all ready to start this adventure.
